02 / Leadership Thesis
Execution is getting cheaper.
Judgment is not.
FEATURED CASE / ENTERPRISE GROWTH
Reframing Enterprise Growth Around Customer Value
THE COMMERCIAL PROBLEM
A single upgrade path was leaving real customer value in the gap.
Some customers had sustained enterprise needs but did not fit the standard Enterprise offer. The problem was not simply who should upgrade, but which commercial path fit the customer now.
THE JUDGMENT SHIFT
HOW THE COMMERCIAL PATH CHANGED
BEFORE
ONE STANDARD PATH
Existing plan Standard Enterprise
One route could not serve every customer value situation.
EVIDENCE USED TO CHOOSE THE NEXT PATH
- Customer need
- Actual product usage
- Renewal situation
- Commercial fit
CRM, order, usage and sales evidence informed the routing.
AFTER
VALUE-BASED ROUTING
- Stay on the current path
- Enter a lighter Enterprise pathFor customers with sustained Enterprise needs who were not yet a fit for the standard offer.
QUALIFIED ACCESS · CONTROLLED CAPACITY · SALES-USE GUARDRAILS
- Move to standard Enterprise
The commercial path followed customer fit, not account size alone.
The new path moved into a controlled paid release and generated real customer adoption.
The pilot validated the direction—not full-scale or long-term business impact.

Decision SystemsMaking Customer Decisions Repeatable
A recurring decision system turned customer signals into repeatable cross-functional actions.

Strategic DirectionTurning Market Signals into Strategic Choices
Customer demand, competitive dynamics and business economics shaped regional strategies and product-path decisions.
04 / AI TRANSFORMATION
Tools don't transform businesses.
Workflows do.
AI matters when it changes the operating model: where AI analyzes and prepares, where people decide and own the outcome, and how results improve the next decision.

05 / Perspectives
Perspectives
Three viewpoints that shape how I think about direction, growth and leverage.
Strategy is deciding what not to do.
Growth is continuously earning product–market fit.
AI should amplify exceptional people—not just shrink organizations.
06 / ABOUT / FORMATION
Engineer by training.
Business builder by career.
Curious by nature.
I studied engineering in Australia and built my career in China, moving across education, technology, AI and enterprise growth — from Beijing to Shenzhen, from large organizations to smaller, faster environments.
Each transition sharpened the same instinct: understand the system, choose what matters, and build the mechanisms and teams that move it forward.
I’m currently pursuing an MBA at HKUST, broadening that lens for the next chapter of business and leadership.
